Cancellation Policy:
We understand that unforeseeable events occur in everyone’s life. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. By doing so, our salon is able to have enough time to refill the appointment slot. If a client fails to cancel within 24 hours, multiple times, the client may be subject to pre-pay for any future services at Just Imagine U.
